All written text guides, specific custom layout stylings, and photographic collections displayed are fully owned by Beaconfriendmx. Unlicensed distribution or extraction of media from this platform is strictly forbidden.

3. Linking & Affiliations

We may link to external gear stores, regional booking agencies, or public park services. We accept no responsibility for the transactional safety or content found on external resources.

4. Backcountry Code of Conduct & Forest Ethics

Our platform frequently details public hiking routes and references Finland's Everyone's Right (Jokamiehenoikeus). 6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beaconfriendmx and its content creators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our publications, or any violations of environmental protection acts committed while exploring Finland's destinations.

7. Applicable Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the national laws of Finland. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of beaconfriendmx.com shall be resolved exclusively in the District Court of Varsinais-Suomi (located in Turku, Finland).
